If you were to ask why I’m here, I would say it’s because of two things I know to be true: I’m inspired by rooms of creative people, and I’m inspired by a challenge.
If you were to ask me what I believe, I would say that being adaptable, and leading with intuition, is the best way to allow the former to solve the latter.
Inspiration in my life comes from many things. Great brands inspire me in the way they connect with people — as does fashion, cooking, and design.
I’m motivated by progress. I push for deeper insight on projects that I know can get stronger. I’ve run four marathons because I know I can always be faster.
I believe that intuition – empathy and consideration, a willingness to listen and adaptability in any situation – fosters the environments that lead to better work. That is what fulfills me in this role, creating those situations, inspiring creatives in the ways that they inspire me.
